#1 Fish Curry
My first attempt at a fish curry. Can't remember how I made it but I'm pretty sure it was good. 

#2 Chickpea fritters
I celebrated the new addition to our household of a 'mini-chopper' by making these fritters. Chickpeas + whatever veg we happened to have, all finely chopped and mixed with an egg and some flour, then made into patties and fried. Easy peasy. Served with potato and spinach...errr...let's call it a 'melange'.

#3 Peanut Butter Pancakes

A Sunday morning treat in preparation for our forthcoming trip to New York. Pretty delish but could have done with being a bit more peanutty

A spontaneous dish to accompany dim sum (with which I am obsessed).
Steamed frozen lotus root slices and edamame beans for about 10 mins. Popped the beans out of the pods. Made a dressing with grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sugar.
